It does not carry on, and does not purport to carry on, investment business in or from Bermuda within the meaning of the Investment Business Act 2003.

There are no outside clients, investors or counterparties to whom services are provided.

Chief Executive Officer
Andreas Soupliotis serves as Chief Executive Officer of Andsoup LTD under a Bermuda work permit for that office. His role is the executive management of the Company's own corporate affairs from its Hamilton office. He provides no investment services to any third party in that capacity.
